Couscous is a typical Moroccan dish, it is a food consisting of spherical granules made by rolling and shaping moistened semolina wheat and then coating them with finely ground wheat flour.
Couscous is traditionally accompanied "marqa" kind of vegetable broth or soup spicy tomato in which we add pieces of bread.
